Delivery Precautions (absent recipient, incorrect or incomplete address): In cases where the recipient is absent, the postal service will make 3 delivery attempts. If delivery is not possible, the customer has up to 10 days to pick up the product if space is available at the distribution center; otherwise, it will return to the origin, taking up to 60 business days for the return.

The customer is responsible for providing the correct address. If the address is incorrect or incomplete, the package will be returned to the sender, and the postal service will not make the 3 delivery attempts that are standard when the recipient is not found.

In such cases, the customer's error results in a loss for the store, and therefore, a new purchase must be made for the product to be delivered. In this situation, the customer loses the right to a refund as the error led to the shipping problem and return without guarantees for the store.

For deliveries to high-risk or hard-to-access addresses, the product may be redirected for pickup at the nearest postal unit to the recipient's ZIP code.

Our estimated delivery time is 14 to 30 business days, which may extend up to 90 business days depending on the location. We guarantee to provide a tracking code for the customer to monitor the delivery status.

Delivery time may be extended in cases of rare and specific problems, such as delays, global pandemics, strikes, holidays, or high-demand periods at the postal service. All these situations are beyond our control.
