Considering that Capricornia Félix Store sells products and services online; considering the Customer's interest in purchasing the products offered by Capricornia Félix Store ("Products") through its sales channels; and that the product comes directly from other countries to the customer's home, this contract aims to establish the general conditions for the purchase of products and services by the customer on Capricornia Félix Store's website.

1. Confidentiality: It is the responsibility of Capricornia Félix Store to preserve the confidentiality of all data and information provided by the Customer during the purchase process. The website security is audited daily and guaranteed against hacker actions through the "Site Blindado" seal.

2. Customer Service (SAC): The customer has access to this service to resolve any doubts, address requests, or complaints regarding their order or any content available on the website. The SAC can be contacted by phone, website form, or by sending an email to info@capricorniafelix.com, all available on our "Customer Service" page. Please include the order number in all your emails; we respond within 1 business day. Please note that our support is not 24/7, and our emails are checked from MONDAY-FRIDAY 9:00 AM-5:00 PM.

3. Delivery Policy: The delivery timeframe for Products is provided during the purchase process, not less than 60 (sixty days) as they come directly from China or the USA, counted in business days. Product deliveries are made by the Post Office from Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 10 pm. Exceptionally, some Product deliveries may occur on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

4. Right of Withdrawal: The Customer will be granted the right to withdraw from the purchase, with the purpose of returning the Product, in which case the following conditions must be observed: - the withdrawal period for the purchase of the product is up to 7 (seven) calendar days, from the date of receipt; - In case of return, the product must be returned to Capricornia Félix Store, accompanied by the DANFE (Electronic Invoice Auxiliary Document). The images of the items are merely illustrative and may vary between the photo and the product as they come from various international suppliers.

4.1 - The Customer must request the return through the Customer Service (SAC). The expenses arising from the collection or postage of the Product will be borne by the Customer, and after its arrival and verification, the product will be refunded by Capricornia Félix Store.

4.2 - For purchases made with a credit card, the card administrator will be notified, and the refund will be made on the next or subsequent invoice, in a single installment, regardless of the number of installments used in the purchase. The reimbursement period and the collection of remaining installments after the full refund of the Product value on the Customer's credit card, carried out by Capricornia Félix Store, are the responsibility of the card administrator. In the event of future installments being charged by the card administrator, the Customer will not be burdened, as Capricornia Félix Store refunds the full value of the Product in a single installment, with the credit for the refund being entirely granted by the card administrator in the subsequent billing statement to the cancellation month.

4.3 - For purchases paid by bank slip or direct debit, the refund will be made by bank deposit, within 10 (ten) business days, only to the buyer's current account, which must be individual. It is necessary for the CPF of the current account holder to be the same as that on the order (Customer's CPF). If the buyer does not have a current account that meets the conditions mentioned, a Payment Order will be sent in the same period, in the name of the purchaser. It can be redeemed at any branch of Banco Itaú, upon presentation of identification and CPF.

4.4 - Capricornia Félix Store is exempt from canceling any product that does not meet the requirements listed in this provision.

4.5 - After the tracking number is sent to the CUSTOMER, the withdrawal of the purchase by the Customer will no longer be accepted, since the product has already been dispatched to the destination.

5. Exchange and Return Policy: All occurrences involving exchange or return will be addressed in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code.

5.1 - The cost of returning/sending the purchased products is borne by Capricornia Félix Store. Therefore, the company has the priority to decide the form of this shipment. To avoid any expenses on your part in the return, it is essential that you contact the sales department before sending back the purchased products. Capricornia Félix Store may choose to ship via the Post Office or another service available in the market.

5.2 - The product must be returned with the DANFE and a letter describing the reason for the return. The absence of the DANFE and/or the letter will prevent the identification of the order and, consequently, the refund of the amount paid. Therefore, do not forget to send the DANFE and the letter with the description of the reason for the return.

5.3 - The product refund amount, including the purchase freight value, will be made after the analysis of the returned products' conditions and may be done in the following ways.

5.4 - For purchases made with a credit card, the request for a refund with your card administrator will be immediate and recorded. The refund on your statement, depending on the dates of request and your card's due date, may occur in up to two (2) subsequent statements.

5.5 - For purchases paid by bank slip, direct debit, or bank deposit, the refund will be made via bank transfer to the account indicated by you. The credit to your checking account: seven (7) business days. (Federal Decree No. 7,962/2013)

5.6 - Cancellation: To return products due to cancellation, the deadline is up to 7 calendar days from receipt. The product must be in its original packaging, unused, accompanied by the invoice. Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code (CDC).

5.7 - Defective Product: The maximum period to report defective products is 90 days. The product must be sent to Capricornia Félix Store with the invoice or purchase declaration and will undergo an evaluation. If no defect is detected, it will be resent to the customer.

5.8 - Other reasons: We request that receipt be refused if any type of product violation is noticed upon delivery, such as:

  • Open or damaged packaging;
  • Damaged product;
  • Product not matching the order. The deadline to request a return will be 72 hours from receipt.

6. Accepted Payment Methods: 6.1 - Payment in full: bank slip; direct debit; credit card; 6.2 - Installment payment: credit card. 6.3 - For credit card payments, the order will be subject to approval by the card administrator. The information contained in the registration may be confirmed, which may be requested by Capricornia Félix Store via email.

7. Delivery Deadlines and Payment Method: 7.1 - Purchases paid by credit card: the delivery period is considered from the verification of registration data and confirmation of payment by the card administrator. Confirmation is made within one business day. In case of registration divergence, Capricornia Félix Store will contact the buyer. 7.2 - Purchases paid by bank slip: the delivery period is considered from payment confirmation by the bank. Confirmation is made within three business days, from payment. 7.3 - Purchases paid by direct debit: the delivery period is considered from payment confirmation by the bank. Confirmation is made within two business days. 7.4 - After the order confirmation, a tracking code will be sent to the customer to track their order with the post office.

8. Posting Deadline: Our deadline for sending the tracking code is up to 15 business days, counted from the date of effective purchase approval in our system, as this code is provided to us by the international partner company's website.

Transport from China to Brazil: Most orders from Capricornia Félix Store are sent using a method called China Post, where a plane is filled with goods to be delivered to various countries around the world through a delivery route. The order rarely comes directly from China to Brazil; you may be lucky if your order is on a route where Brazil is one of the first destinations, or you may be unlucky if Brazil is one of the last countries on that route. Therefore, keep in mind that your order does not come directly here; it usually travels around the world before reaching Brazil, which impacts Capricornia Félix Store's delivery time.
